Megan Husri

As Executive Vice President of SWH Fiduciary Real Estate Group, Megan is responsible for implementing the firm’s long term growth strategy, while overseeing varied aspects of the sales process. Megan manages and leads the firms development operations, focusing on deal execution, asset evaluations, contract negotiations, financial analysis, marketing and client relations.

Megan brings 15 years of specialized experience, having sold a diverse mix of complex property types – ranging from luxury estates, distressed assets, ranch and agricultural land, commercial developments, office and retail centers, gas stations, cannabis facilities, and a broad range of industrial properties. During her tenure, Megan has worked with many of the industry’s most recognized professionals, legal advisors, and executives, across hundreds of cases and has been a key driver in the expansion of SWH’s practice serving Receivers, Partition Referees, Chapter 7 Trustees, Corporate Fiduciaries, Executors, and Trustees of Trust and Probate Estates.

Prior to joining SWH, Megan held an executive position overseeing 12 Keller Williams offices across Southern California as their regional marketing & business development director. In this capacity, she launched a media and a public relations division for one of KW’s largest franchise owners, increasing their production, year over year. Since the start of her executive career, Megan has has been involved in the sale of over $12 billion worth of real estate and has managed transactions for several high-profile individuals, companies, brokers and notable properties.

SWH is focused on representing Fiduciaries in the sale of Residential, Multi-Family and Commercial real estate assets throughout Southern California and has been exclusively serving the Fiduciary community for over 25 years. To date, the group has sold over $2 Billion in real estate assets, consistently achieving the highest price and most favorable terms. This track record of success emanates from The Seymour | Weinberger | Husri Group’s long-term relationships with Receivers/Partition Referees, Trust Administrators, And Bankruptcy Trustees and their experience in navigating the nuances of the court process.
