David Weinberger serves as President and Partner of SWH Fiduciary Real Estate Group, a specialized brokerage that exclusively represents fiduciaries in matters involving real property. For more than three decades, SWH has earned a reputation as the authority in court-supervised and fiduciary real estate transactions, representing court-appointed Fiduciaries in Receivership, Partition Actions, insolvency, probate, trust, and divorce matters.
With over two decades of experience, David oversees the firm’s strategic growth, valuation, underwriting, dispositions, and client relations, ensuring that each assignment is executed with precision, transparency, and compliance. David plays an integral role in assisting Fiduciaries in selling all types of real estate assets. David’s in-depth understanding of court-appointed real estate sales and the court’s requirements enables him to translate them into layman’s language so all involved parties can understand.
His track record spans hundreds of closed transactions across multifamily, commercial, industrial, and residential assets, including stabilized and distressed properties that require court oversight.
David oversees the day-to-day functions of SWH, interacting with clients, providing opinions of value, creating Offering Memorandums, engaging the brokerage community, and reviewing due diligence items.
David has been a featured speaker and panelist for several organizations, including the California Receivers Forum, Los Angeles Estate Planning Council, and the San Fernando Valley Fiduciary Round Table, and remains actively engaged in advancing education and collaboration within the fiduciary community.
